1. INTRODUCTION AND ACCEPTANCE
Welcome to Lina Picnic. By hiring our services for themed picnics, outdoor experiences, surprise breakfasts, and customized events, you (hereinafter, the "Client") expressly and unreservedly accept these Terms and Conditions. Please read this document carefully before confirming your reservation.

2. RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS
2.1. To guarantee the selected date and time, a deposit/advance payment of 50% of the total service value is required. The reservation will not be considered confirmed until proof of said payment is verified.
2.2. The remaining 50% payment must be settled obligatorily prior to the setup and assembly of the picnic or product delivery.
2.3. Accepted payment methods will be indicated directly by our customer service team.

3. CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING, AND REFUND POLICY
3.1. Cancellations requested more than 7 days in advance of the event date will be entitled to a 100% refund of the deposit or a rescheduling without penalty.
3.2. Cancellations made between 3 and 6 days prior to the event are non-refundable, but allow for a one-time rescheduling subject to calendar availability within the following 30 days.
3.3. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance do not qualify for a refund or rescheduling due to the advance purchase of perishable supplies and assigned logistics.
3.4. Weather Factors (Force Majeure): In the event of a forecast of severe rain or adverse weather conditions that prevent holding the outdoor event, Lina Picnic will offer the client the option to reschedule the date at no additional cost or move the setup to a covered space provided by the Client.

4. FURNITURE AND EQUIPMENT CARE
4.1. All furniture, tableware, cushions, decorations, structures (such as teepees or tables), and accessories delivered are the exclusive property of Lina Picnic and are provided under a temporary rental model.
4.2. The Client is responsible for taking care of the items during the service duration. Any severe damage, irreparable stain, loss, or breakage of the items will be billed to the Client at its commercial replacement or repair value.

5. FOOD AND ALLERGENS
5.1. Our picnics and surprise breakfasts include food and beverages prepared under strict hygiene standards.
5.2. It is the exclusive responsibility of the Client to inform in writing at the time of booking about any allergy, food intolerance, or special medical condition of the attendees. Lina Picnic assumes no liability for allergic reactions resulting from omissions in the information provided.

6. ASSEMBLY SCHEDULES AND PUNCTUALITY
6.1. The Lina Picnic team will arrive at the agreed location with the necessary advance time to have everything ready at the agreed hour.
6.2. The picnic usage time is specified in the contracted package. In the event that attendees arrive late, the end time will not be extended, unless there is schedule availability and an extra hourly fee is agreed upon.
6.3. At the end of the contracted time, staff will proceed with disassembly. The presence of the Client or responsible party is requested for the inspection and handover of the space.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
7.1. Lina Picnic is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings of attendees during the development of the event in public or open spaces.
7.2. In public spaces (parks, beaches, etc.), obtaining municipal permits or access authorizations is the Client's responsibility, unless a comprehensive service explicitly including such management has been hired.

8. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
Lina Picnic reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The applicable conditions will be those in force at the time of reservation confirmation.
